Price conditions and reductions
- The prices are valid a person for a minimum stay of 3 days
- For overnight stays and single rooms we charge a surcharge of 12 € to 18 €
- The amount of the local tax is calculated based on the municipal ordinance applicable at the time of your stay in the municipality (January 2024: EUR 2.30 per person and day)
- Third or fourth bed receive a discount of 20 to 30%.
- Prices are per person per night
- museum free public transport
- For Ferragosto and Christmas / New Years there is a surcharge of 20 %
Discounts for children
- Children up to 2.99 years live with us for free.
- Children up to 11.9 years pay only 50%.
Booking
Please note: The booking becomes binding at a payment of a deposit for confirmation (booking guarantee) and the transmission of the booking confirmation. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be reimbursed.
Additional charges and terms of payment
Deposit: We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit of 100€ per week has been paid. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be reimbursed.

Payment
It is possible to pay in cash or by card. The cash limit in Italy amounts to 4.999,99 €. The following payment methods are allowed: non-transferable check, bank transfer.
Arrival & Departure
Arrival: On arrival day, we expect you starting from 7:00 pm. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.
Departure: On departure day, please leave your holiday apartment not later than 10:00 am. Other times are possible upon request.
Cancellation
Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 Civil Code
According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. However, we grant you the right to withdraw according to following cancellation conditions as defined in art. 1382 (Civil Code)
